Taman Sutera Prima is a residential development located in Seberang Jaya, Penang. The neighbourhood comprises of freehold terraces, superlink units and semi-detached homes.

In terms of accessibility, Taman Sutera Prima is situated just off the Butterworth-Kulim Highway and the North-South Expressway (NSE). The first Penang bridge is a mere 5 minutes’ drive away while the town of Butterworth is under 20 minutes’ drive from the neighbourhood.
