Taman UniVista, or also known as Taman Uni-Vista, consists of 29 double-storey houses that comprises of 8 semi-detached units, 12 terraced units, and 9 low-cost plus terrace units. Located in Kota Samarahan and nearby University Malaysia Sarawak (UNIMAS), the project was developed by Procon Sdn. Bhd. and ready for move-in in 2016.
