Teega is a mixed development spearheaded by developers UEM Sunrise. The project consists of 2 condominium towers named Teega Residences, a serviced apartment tower called Teega Suites, an office tower known as Teega Tower and Teega Walk, a retail centre. Teega can be easily accessed via the Lebuh Kota Iskandar route, which also connects to the Sultan Iskandar Highway. Other highways that can be reached from the development include the Malaysia-Singapore Second Link Expressway.
