The Haute is a low density luxury condominium located in Kampung Dato Keramat, right next to the city centre of Kuala Lumpur. The condominium is expected to be completed by the year 2019, and will have one tower with 36 storeys consisting of 274 units. The residences at The Haute comprises of standard condominium units, duplexes, and penthouses.

There are 6 different layouts, with built-ups ranging from 1,003 sf to 1,862 sf. However, only Type A/A1 and Type B/B1 have been released as of April 2017. The 2 layouts have built-ups of 1,003 sf and 1,046 sf respectively, and both have 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Each unit will be given 2 parking bays. The built-ups are suitable for families looking for a decent amount of space, young adults, or new families.

The Haute provides a number of enticing facilities for its tenants, ensuring that they get all that they can from an urban environment. The Haute will be equipped with an infinity pool and a wading pool, as well as a landscaped garden. There will also be a multi playground for children. Apart from that, a yoga deck, as well as a badminton and table tennis hall are also included in The Haute’s list of facilities, ensuring that the residents will be able to practice a healthy lifestyle despite living in the busy capital. There area also 2 parks which are within 10-15 minutes drive of The Haute, namely the KLCC park and Taman Tasik Titiwangsa, where residents can also have their recreational activities. The Haute is close to the KPJ Ampang Puteri Specialist, which is only a 5-minutes drive away.

The Haute is located within the vicinities of the Ministry of Defence (MINDEF) building, and a handful of commercial hubs where restaurants, convenenience stores, banks, and more can be found. Educational institutions that are nearby include SK and SMK Padang Tembak, which are a 10 minutes' drive away, as well as University Teknologi Malaysia, which is about a 6-minutes drive away. The Haute is also 5 minutes away from 3 Light Rapid Transit (LRT) stations, which are Dato’ Keramat, Jelatek, and Damai.

There are 3 major highways which are easily accessible from The Haute, including the Kuala Lumpur Middle Ring Road 2 (MRR2), the Duta-Ulu Kelang Expressway (DUKE), and the Ampang Elevated Highway (AKLEH). Although these 3 major highways are rather congested most of the time, the amount of public transportation within the area weigh out the option to drive, and is a cheaper way to travel within the city and beyond.
