The Hermington is a condominium located in Kuchai Lama. The project by Aset Kayamas Sdn Bhd consists of a single 46-storey tower that houses 479 units within. Each floor will accommodate a total of 13 units, and tenants will be entitled to 2 parking bays per unit.

There are various layouts for the units in the condominium, but are all standardised with a built-up of 1,075 sf. The units will also have a 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms set up. It has a launched price of RM450,000 and will be suitable for working adults, as well as small to medium families.

The Hermington comes with the wide variety of facilities, with a total of 3 different levels that cater as dedicated facility floors. With most facilities heavily stacked on the 8th floor, there is a yoga deck located on the 9th floor and a Sky Garden located on the 45th. Within the 8th floor, tenants will be able to find a swimming pool, and a wading pool to cool off during warm days.

There are also themed lounges and decks which residents can make use of, to either get some fresh air and clear their mind off things, or a hangout spot with visiting friends and families. In the social context, there is a multi-purpose hall, a barbecue area, a kitchenette and an open cafe to serve this purpose. On the other hand, families and children can enjoy at the Kids Zone, where playground and recreation facilities are provided for them.

Located in Kuchai Lama, The Hermington will never be far away from amenities, which is a huge advantage to the development and potential occupants. It is located within walking distance to the Old Klang Road Post Office and the Old Klang Road Wet Market. It is also only a short drive away from a commercial area that houses many restaurants, service centres and offices.

Apart from that, the Kuchai Lama town centre is not too fair away as well, with a business have doubling the set of amenities compared to the one nearby. Another plus point is that Taman Desa is also close to the condominium, where the Taman Desa Medical Centre is located.

The Hermington can be easily reached via a number of highways, such as the New Pantai Expressway (NPE), the Kuala Lumpur-Seremban Highway (KLS), Sungai Besi Highway and the Maju Expressway (MEX). This network of highways not only allows easy access from townships such as Putrajaya, Puchong, Seri Kembangan, Petaling Jaya and Seri Petaling, it also allows convenient commute to the townships. Traffic may be a bit of a headache in the area, but it has a transportation alternative in the form of Pantai Dalam Keretapi Tanah Melayu (KTM) station.
