The Hermington is a condominium located in Kuchai Lama. The project by Aset Kayamas Sdn Bhd consists of a single 46-storey tower that houses 479 units within. Each floor will accommodate a total of 13 units, and tenants will be entitled to 2 parking bays per unit.

There are various layouts for the units in the condominium, but are all standardised with a built-up of 1,075 sf. The units will also have a 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms set up. It has a launched price of RM450,000 and will be suitable for working adults, as well as small to medium families.

This network of highways not only allows easy access from townships such as Putrajaya, Puchong, Seri Kembangan, Petaling Jaya and Seri Petaling, it also allows convenient commute to the townships. Traffic may be a bit of a headache in the area, but it has a transportation alternative in the form of Pantai Dalam Keretapi Tanah Melayu (KTM) station.
