The Valley is one of the phases in the Horizon Hills development. Consisting of double-storey link homes, the project is split into 3 parts; The Valley West 1, West 2 and The Valley East, and is located at the end of the township, close to the Horizon Hills Golf and Country Club.

Currently, units in West 1 and 2 are on sale, with the homes in West 1 having built-ups ranging from 2,361 sf to 2,583 sf and a layout with 4 bedrooms. Units in the West 1 phase are priced from RM1,031,800. The West 2 units consists of 3 unit layouts, sized from 2,139 sf to 2,561 sf, and all of the designs have 4 bedrooms, 2 storerooms and 3 bathrooms, bar the largest unit which has an extra bathroom. All units will be able to fit at least 2 cars in its porch.

The Valley shares its facilities with other phases within Horizon Hills, with most of them located within the central clubhouse. A swimming pool will be provided for tenants to cool off in, while those chasing an active and quicker pace lifestyle have the gym and tennis court to make full use of. There is also a landscaped garden, and linear gardens scattered through the phases of homes as well.

Placed within the Iskandar Puteri development area, tenants will be able to enjoy world-class amenities that are located just nearby, one of which is Legoland theme park, which is only just a short drive away. There are also commercial lots in Horizon Hills itself, which will be able to provide restaurants and retail choices. Bukit Indah is a neighbouring township that has an AEON and Tesco Hypermarket, in addition to various cafes, more restaurants, offices, workshops, and service centres.

The Valley can be reached via the Malaysia-Singapore Second Link Expressway, which would be an added advantage to occupants who are working in Singapore. The Lebuh Kota Iskandar route is an alternative to get to the area, whilst connecting it to other townships such as Gelang Patah and Nusajaya.
