Y-Storey is a modern development of residences and commercial shop lots located in the suburbs of Pulau Tikus, Penang. The 19-storey building is a facade of glass, with points of greenery cascading down.

Located at the intersection of Jalan Burma and Jalan Bagan Jermal, Y-Storey is conveniently close to amenities. Along Jalan Bagan Jermal are eateries and even a veterinarian, while more amenities are aplenty along Jalan Burma. Other conveniences include banks, hawker centres, restaurants, clinics, and so on. Shopping malls such as Gurney Plaza and Gurney Paragon are also just minutes away. There are also several schools nearby, namely the Penang Chinese Girls’ High School, and SRJK (C) Perempuan Cina, while the Penang Adventist Hospital is also not too far off.

Y-Storey is also easily accessible to and from other parts of the city, thankfully due to its location. Straight down Jalan Burma, southwestwards is the Georgetown city centre, while further along the route is Weld Quay and the Tun Dr. Lim Chong Eu Expressway, linking to the first Penang bridge and Bayan Lepas. From Jalan Bagan Jermal is also other roads like Jalan Tanjung Tokong, Jalan Mount Erskine and Jalan Gottlieb.
