Setia Avenue is a commercial hub located in the developing township of Setia Alam. The hub is developed by SP Setia, and has 274 units housed amongst 10 blocks of 5-storey buildings. Units here have an average built-up of 9,000 sf. The commercial centre not only focuses on giving ample space for investors and tenants to work with in their units, it also provides a number of facilities so tenants can still relax and feel safe when at work. There are pedestrian boulevards and alfresco dining areas provided for those who want some fresh air, there are also canopied walkways. A Tesco hypermarket is right next to Setia Avenue, and for convenience sake, there is a direct link to the hypermarket. The commercial centre also has a centralized, two-level, 1,840-bay car park with lift access and escalators, as well as enhanced security with 24-hour security patrol. Setia Alam may still be developing, but despite being in a rather isolated area, the commercial hub is surrounded by a healthy variety of amenities, with the neighbouring Tesco hypermarket being one of them. Another hypermarket nearby is Giant Klang Sentral, which is only a 5 minutes' drive away. A 6-minute drive brings tenants to another commercial hub with more amenities, especially banks and restaurants. The same area also hosts the Setia Alam Night Market, something tenants can look forward to after a long day at work. The Federal Highway, which connects Setia Avenue to Klang, Setia Alam, Subang, Jaya, Petaling Jaya and Kuala Lumpur, is only 6 minutes away by car.
