In 1995, Ang Cheng Guan Construction Pte Ltd was incorporated as a private limited company to take over the business of the sole proprietorship. Following its incorporation, Ang Cheng Guan Construction Pte Ltd, which was then registered as a contractor in the General Building (CW01) and Civil Engineering (CW02) Category, began to undertake more building construction [and civil engineering] works. Ang Cheng Guan Construction Pte Ltd intends to enhance our corporate brand in order to increase our market share both locally and overseas. We believe that the development of Ang Cheng Guan Construction Pte Ltd’s corporate brand will facilitate the penetration of our brand name into the overseas market which we intend to venture into.
