Symphony Square is a corporate office tower placed in Section 13 of Petaling Jaya. A project spearheaded by Symphony Life Bhd, the tower is 20 storeys high, in which 3 of its lower floors are retail units, while the remaining 17 floors comprise office units. The retail units average a built-up of 2,200 sf, while the office floors have a built-up of 15,740 sf, with the space being able to be divided to accommodate different entities within the floor. The development is due to be completed by 2018. The office tower will be one of the few in Malaysia to achieve a dual-compliant status as a Multimedia Super Corridor (MSC) Malaysia Cybercentre, and a Green Building Index certified property. Prospects of the property will be glad to know that they will be investing in not only a smart-building, but also one that is eco-friendly. The internet speed will be comparably smoother as the building uses a high fibre-optic backbone. Security will also be fortified with not only the standard 24-hour security with CCTV system, but with turnstile and proximity access system installed as well. Located off Jalan Semangat, and between Section 13 and 14 of Petaling Jaya, Symphony Square will be close to a number of amenities. One of the most distinguished feature of its location would be the number of shopping centres and commercial hubs that are within walking distance, such as Jaya 33, Jaya Shopping Centre, Digital Mall and Jaya One. These malls will supply the office occupants with restaurants, entertainment outlets, cafes, shops, service centres, and boutiques. Not only that, Columbia Hospital is also within a short drive away, which will be convenient during times of emergencies. The corporate office building can be easily accessed via Jalan Semangat, which branches out to the Federal Highway. Other highways that are connected and will be able to reach Symphony Square include the KESAS Highway, the New Pantai Expressway (NPE), and the Damansara-Puchong Highway (LDP). However, traffic during rush hour can be a headache due to the amount of cars heading back to Petaling Jaya. Nonetheless, that can be eradicated with the presence of nearby Light Rail Transit (LRT) stations, namely the Taman Paramount, Asia Jaya, and Taman Jaya stations.
