Yet another one of the upcoming integrated developments of PJ South is the Petaling Jaya Commercial Centre, otherwise better known as just PJCC. This highly ambitious project will incorporate a hotel, serviced residence and retail lots to its development, in hopes of attracting the higher income bracket. Buyers are however highly pessimistic about this project, due to PJ South’s less than enticing environment. Nevertheless, there remains enough property speculators who sees the benefits of the PJCC development, that all sellable and available units were sold out before its completion.
