Tropicana The Residences is another one of Tropicana Corporation Berhad’s projects in the luxury development line, located in the prestigious location of KLCC. Tropicana The Residences is their first development in the heart of the city, and was greeted with much enthusiasm from buyers for the developer’s usual excellent choice of location and refined tastes. Tropicana The Residences was launched in March 2015 and enjoyed an excellent sales record in spite of its steep prices and slow property market. Tropicana The Residences will be built on approximately 1.3 acres of prime land on Jalan Ampang with an estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) of RM800 million. The developers of Tropicana The Residences expect the development to become an instant landmark in Kuala Lumpur upon its completion as the building will be designed by the famed architectural firm of Skidmore, Owings & Merrill (SOM). They also expect Tropicana The Residences to join the ranks of SOM’s other highly recognised developments such as the New York One World Trade Centre and Dubai’s Burj Khalifa. Tropicana The Residences is a development that is targeted toward the upmarket and foreign buyers. The project was launched simultaneously across Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, ChengDu and Shanghai. The selling point of Tropicana The Residences is the luxury it offers which will include full fledge housekeeping services. Concierge and housekeeping services will be available for the asking, and the excellent butler service provided can help residents with all their arrangements whether it is transport services, flight bookings, restaurant bookings or laundry. Tropicana The Residences will be an exclusive home of low density, comprising a total of only 353 units in a single 53-storey tower of serviced residences. Buyers will have the option of purchasing homes that range between 714 sf and 2,973 sf with a minimum selling price of RM1.42 million. There will be a total of 11 different layouts of differing sizes, hosting between one to four bedrooms to a unit. The facilities that will be provided to residents of Tropicana The Residences will include a saltwater infinity pool and a forest themed lounge. Spread out over three different levels, the facilities situated on the rooftop will offer an unobstructed view of the Kuala Lumpur cityscape. Tropicana The Residences is an international standard development that was designed to be an eco-friendly development with energy efficient features which will reduce Tropicana The Residences’s carbon footprints. With all the conveniences provided by the developer, Tropicana The Residences is the perfect home for the typical jet-setter.
