Pearl Avenue is a residential housing development from Distrepark Sdn Bhd that consists of two phases - Agatha and Belinda. Pearl Avenue is also an award-winning development, receiving the ‘Highly Commendable - Best Residential Development’ (East Malaysia) at the 2014 South East Asia Property Awards, which definitely says something about the prestige and concept of the homes here. The Agatha houses come with built-ups of around 820 sft for both corner and intermediate units.
