288 Residency is a high rise condominium located in Setapak. Although it was designed to cater to those from the upper middle class, several concerns raised were regarding its price, location and lack of enforcement by the security guards.

Residents have mentioned that there was a break-in that occurred in 2013 and the security guards are letting anybody who wants to into its compounds which further increases the frustration of residents.

Clean and tidy. Very good upkeep. Quite noisy because of a school in front and a construction beside. Safety wise is bad. Easily can duplicate access card from outside. Experienced a break-in myself, lost a laptop, a phone and personal belongings. No CCTV's on... See More
corridors and staircase. Way in and way out traffic in peak hours are getting ridiculously bad.
