Amongst some of the many commercial developments that mushroomed up in Petaling Jaya during the property boom is 3 Two Square, located between Section 14 and Section 19 of Petaling Jaya. Its odd name actually comes from its plot number, along with the fact that translated to Chinese, “32” means “business”.

This commercial lot neighbours a huge Toyota Showroom. Most of the shop lots here consists of food and beverage shops, with the most popular franchise being Old Town White Coffee, and the lesser known but still popular for its cheap sushi being Sushi Mentai.
