BM Residence is developed by the Tambun Indah group and is located at Taman Manggis Indah, Bukit Mertajam, on the Penang mainland. This development encompasses two double-storey bungalows, six double-storey semi-detached homes, 31 three-storey terraces and an eleven-storey condominium block with 108 residential units with four types of layouts.

BM Residence is a short drive to the Bukit D.O. recreation park and the Bukit Mertajam KTM train station is a 10-minute drive away. There are many shop lots occupied by banks, eateries and places of worship nearby, these are all within a 10 minute drive from the development. It is accessed by two major roads, Jalan Sungai Rambai about 500 metres to the north and Jalan Song Bang Keng about 1.8 km to the south by car. It will take about 20 minutes to drive to the Penang Bridge from BM Residence.
