Complementing the low cost homes is the higher end condominium Kalista Residence. Kalista Residence is also a freehold development. Residents of this development enjoy a low density of living with only 208 units. Completed in the year 2016, buyers of Kalista Residence had unit built-up choices of between 914 sf and 1,076 sf. These homes come with either 3 bedrooms or 4 bedrooms.

In the area is also the Aeon shopping centre as well as the Tesco Extra hypermarket.

In lieu of education, there are also plenty of choices regardless of the child’s age group. Preschoolers in the area will be able to attend the neighbourhood D’Garden Educare Center. For primary school goers there is the Wawasan Primary School, SK Wawasan Seremban 2 and SJK (T) Convent Seremban. For higher education, the SMK Bukit Kepayang is in the area.
