Louvre Residence is a recently-established development of landed homes located in Sungai Petani, Kedah. Comprising of 266 units built over freehold land, each of the semi-detached homes come in 3 different selections of layout types. The neighbourhood is part of the Bandar Puteri Jaya township development.

Beginning with the single-storey Louvre I at 1,850 sf with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, the homes of Louvre Residence are spacious and inviting. Following that is the Louvre II, which is 2,767 sf in built-up space with 5+1 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Located off Jalan Kuala Kechil, also known as Route 67, Louvre Residence is about 20 minutes’ drive to the town of Sungai Petani via the road. To add, the North-South Expressway (NSE) is also accessible from the neighbourhood. Located close to the border of Penang, the town of Seberang Perai is roughly 45 minutes from Louvre Residence.
