The Security Deposits will be payable upon signing the Letter of Offer and shall be topped up by the Tenant as and when a new gross rental rate becomes effective during the course of the Tenancy.
Car Parking: Car park bays (allocation of one (1) floating car park bay for every 1,000 sq ft of tenanted space will be made available at a rate prescribed by the car park operator).
Additional car park bays may be sought from the car park operator.
Air-Conditioning Hours :The office hours supply of air-conditioning for the Building is as follows:-
From 8.30 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. on Mondays to Fridays, excluding public holidays within Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur.
Air conditioning usage beyond the above office hours will be subject to availability and charged separately as follow;

a) RM250.00 per hour per floor (Monday to Friday)
b) RM280.00 per hour per floor (Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday within Wilayah Persekutuan)
