Pearl Residences is a low-density residential area that consist of three-storey semi-detached homes. Taking up a rather small area in the middle of Batu Ferringhi, the residency only has 36 units, built in two phases, Phase 1 in 2015 and Phase 2 in 2017.

Phase 1 and 2 both have its own sets of layouts. Phase 1 has Type A and B, with built-ups of 3,359 and 3,095 sf respectively. Phase 2, on the other hand, has three types, Types A, B and B1. Type A has the largest built-up in the phase, at 3,351 sf while Type B has a built-up of 3,071 sf and Type B1 is the smallest unit in the two phases, at 3,021 sf. Units have a layout that fits 4 bedrooms, 1 guest room and 5 bathrooms, and has a high ceiling design for extra ventilation within the house.

The lack of a centralised facility area and security in Pearl Residences have been compensated with the amount of add-ons in the house. Tenants who purchase a unit here will have air-conditioner wiring, hot water piping, CCTV, and Astro wiring provided to them. Residents will also be treated with a wide front car porch, which is able to fit 3 cars.

Residents will not only be living with the air of luxury and the sea breeze, but will also be treated with world-class facilities, thanks to the residence’s placement in the middle of Batu Ferringhi. Tenants will be able to enjoy the same thing that tourists will, such as the Batu Ferringhi beach, which is right outside of the resident compounds. The Batu Ferringhi Night Market site is also just a walk away, and so are other amenities, mostly restaurants, accompanied by some art galleries, convenience stores and banks. Also within walking distance are two schools, which are the Uplands International School and Sekolah Jenis Kebangsaaan (Cina) Pai Chai.

Pearl Residences can be easily accessed via Jalan Batu Ferringhi, which also connects to Tanjung Bungah and Teluk Bahang. Traffic will be a bit of a challenge, but tenants will only have to bear with it for a while, as a proposed express link road which will connect Tanjung Bungah, Batu Ferringhi and Teluk Bahang, is going to be completed in 2018.
