Segar View is a low-rise property development located in Cheras behind Leisure Mall and close to Cheras Plaza. Easily accessible from the MRR2 and East-West Highway, Segar View is affordable and provides a complete living experience for residents. All units offered at Segar View come with a simple layout design, suitable for small families and young couples who are content with living comfortably without fancy features. Basic facilities are provided for residents to cater to their daily needs, with other amenities available around the area. However, one drawback to living in Cheras is the constant traffic congestion especially during rush hour.
