South Brooks is a condominium in the Desa ParkCity masterplan which is still in progress. As a little insight, Desa ParkCity is nestled in between Kepong, Damansara and Mont Kiara. The development has two 40-storey towers and 920 condominium units. The condominium is slated for completion in 2021, while the selling price during its launch starts from RM535,000.

The units have built-ups ranging from 876 sf to 1,537 sf. There is a total of 9 layouts for investors and buyers to choose from, with the smallest layout having 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, while the largest getting 3 bedrooms, 1 study room, 2 bathrooms as well as 1 powder room. Most of the units have an average layout of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

The facilities provided in South Brooks are something to marvel at. At the entrance, there is a lobby for tenants to lounge and use as a meeting point. Aiming to bring nature into the city, the condominium has a landscaped garden that has a jogging track in it, as well as a pavilion to hang out. Various pavilions are scattered around the facilities deck for tenants to enjoy.

There is also a pool deck, with a few pavilions surrounding it. With a pool deck comes a swimming pool and wading pool as well. Tenants will also get to enjoy a jacuzzi. For those looking to go into the zen of things, or just to take time off and get some fresh air, there is a meditation deck, as well as a number of lounges, mainly the featured sunken lounge located at the pool deck, under the trees. There is also a gym within the premises. Children will also get to enjoy at the playground. For gatherings and social events, there are barbecue areas and a multipurpose hall.

Apart from the amenities such as the International School @ ParkCity and the ParkCity Medical Centre just a few minutes away from the condominium, being located in between 3 townships does have its perks when it comes to amenities. A 6 minutes drive from South Brooks will bring tenants to Bandar Sri Manjalara, where banks and restaurants, plus service centres can be found, while a slightly further drive will take tenants to Kepong Village Mall, which houses Tesco Kepong.

1 Utama Shopping Centre is 14 minutes away, while Publika is 20 minutes away from the condominium. The Solaris Dutamas area also houses a few government service buildings and the new royal palace. Schools within the vicinity are less than 20 minutes away, namely SMK Bandar Utama in Damansara and the Gardens International School in Mont Kiara.

There are a few major highways that are easily accessible from South Brooks, making it an attractive point for investors looking to buy a unit. The North-South Highway (NSE), Kepong-Selayang Highway and the Damansara-Puchong Highway (LDP) are about 7 minutes away from the condominium, bringing tenants to the greater Klang Valley and out of state, suitable for those who are constantly travelling around.
