Warisan Cityview is a high-density, high rise development located in the mature township of Cheras. Basic facilities are provided within the grounds of round-the-clock security for the convenience and protection of the residents. There are plenty of amenities within its surrounding, mostly consisting of schools which is suitable for families with young children. In terms of accessibility, Warisan Cityview can be easily reached via the two main roads, Jalan Loke Yew and Jalan Tun Razak, which residents can utilise them to get to the Kuala Lumpur city centre with ease. There is also the Maluri LRT station for those who wish to avoid traffic.
