Damansara Perdana is a modern and affluent township nestled within Petaling Jaya. Thriving with popularity and demand, the place has grown into an all-rounded investment hub.

Many would associate this township nearing the first IKEA outlet in Malaysia. However, there are many more perks to discover here. Originally an Orang Asli village, the 760-acre Damansara Perdana started development in 1996 thanks to MKLand Saujana Triangle. In recent years, it was voted as the most sought-after address in Klang Valley, according to The Edge.

The properties here boast good capital appreciations that yield excellent return on investments. Compared to KL, Bangsar and Petaling Jaya, property prices in Damansara Perdana are more affordable. This makes the location highly advantageous especially if you consider the fact that it is a gateway of KL and Petaling Jaya. Damansara Perdana is surrounded by high-end neighbourhoods such as Mont Kiara, Damansara Heights, Tropicana and Mutiara Damansara.

Some tenants in Damansara Perdana eventually became homeowners due to the security and convenience. Residents here would agree that it is a great neighbourhood to live and work in. Being just minutes away from entertainment and shopping centres such as One Utama, The Curve, IKEA, Tesco and Sunway Giza Mall, the traffic in this area is always busy and lively. So busy, in fact, that it would be best to plan your travels here during peak hours. Another reason for the congested roads is because of the many highways that serve the area.

Damansara Perdana’s high connectivity makes it easier for those who work in the middle of the city and also outside of the city centre. You can access it via three major highways; SPRINT Expressway, New Klang Valley Expressway (NKVE) and the Damansara-Puchong Expressway (LDP).

The township is a haven for family-oriented residents, especially those who have young children. However, young working adults are also beginning to favour this place due to the increasing number of available studios. Besides, who doesn’t enjoy being surrounded by amazing amenities while being closer to work?
