Launched in 2002, it quickly turned into a real estate hotspot due to its strategic location and offerings. The area comprises a wide mix of residential projects that stretches across most budgets; from affordable to high-cost. Moreover, a number of commercial projects are being incorporated here, providing plenty of employment and business opportunities.
