Puchong, so the traffic is not so good but it's still a convenient location. Paradigm Mall 2 and Pavillion 2 will be ready nearby. Therefore, it's quite a strategic location, but that also means more congested in future. Good for family stay. Price went up by double, so those people who invested last time would be good for them.
