Kondo Berjaya may be one of the earliest condominium residences to be built in the neighbourhood of Pulau Tikus, Penang. The single block stands at 8 storeys tall, and was completed in 1990, housing 42 units.

The city centre of Georgetown can be reached via Jalan Burma westwards, while in the other direction is Jalan Tanjung Tokong (to Batu Ferringhi), and Gurney Drive. Weld Quay and the Tun Dr. Lim Chong Eu Expressway are also accessible from the property via Jalan Macalister nearby, where the first Penang bridge and Bayan Lepas are down south the route.
