Platinum Lake PV13 is a high-rise condominium located in the hectic vicinity of Setapak. With the Tunku Abdul Rahman College (KTAR) located within a short driving distance, these homes are potential student hostels.
There was much confusion after the completion of this project, as there were many complaints from the buyers who mentioned that there were several walls in their units which did not appear in the blueprints. There were also comments by the residents about the toilets being too small due to a block of pillar which was not in the layout plan.
