Ideal Haus is a neighbourhood of landed homes located within the 100-acre development of One Residence. This phase was completed in 2014, consisting of 117 units of garden terraces, named after the theme of having quaint homes close to lush landscaped gardens.

Others nearby are SK Bayan Lepas, SJK (C) Chung Shan, SK Mutiara Perdana, SK Seri Relau, SJK (C) Heng Ee (branch) and the Chung Hwa Chinese Secondary School to name a few.

Commercial hubs within the vicinities of Ideal Haus also provide amenities like eateries, mini markets, clinics and more while even more conveniences like a Giant hypermarket are located in Bayan Baru a few minutes’ drive away. Queensbay Mall is also not too far off, around 15 minute’s drive while the Bayan Bay commercial hub is also there.

Sandwiched between 2 major roads - Jalan Dato Ismail Hashim and Jalan Tun Dr. Awang, Ideal Haus enjoys convenient access to Bayan Baru north of it and Jalan Sultan Azlan Shah on the south, which the 2 roads are directly connected to. With that, the industrial zone of Bayan Lepas is about 10 minutes away. From that major roadway, Jalan Permatang Damar Laut is also accessible, leading to Batu Maung and the second Penang bridge. The commute to other key locations up the island such as the first Penang bridge, Gelugor, Jelutong and even Georgetown are also possible, thanks to Jalan Sultan Azlan Shah. The Tun Dr. Lim Chong Eu Expressway is another alternative route.
