Taman Pantai Indah is a residential neighbourhood of landed homes located in Batu Uban, Penang. Nearing completion in the year of 2016, the development consists of 14 exclusive link homes built on freehold land.

The 3-storey link homes of Taman Pantai Indah come in a standard, spacious design known as Aster, with built-up sizes of 4,100 sf. The interior of the residences are also designed to be functional and flexible enough to house families of any size and needs, offering 5+1 bedrooms and 5+1 bathrooms. The ultimate luxury of these homes is the home elevator, making it convenient even for the elderly in the family.

Facilities within the neighbourhood of Taman Pantai Indah is only limited to a children’s playground, while security is not available. Given so, the homes were launched at prices ranging between RM1.9 million to RM2.6 million. This is considerably attractive, given that newer homes of a similar size in other gated and guarded communities in the Batu Uban area could be much higher. Despite the fact, the homes of Taman Pantai Indah is worth considering for those who can afford and intend to live in a convenient location.

Amenities are also within convenient reach of Taman Pantai Indah, as Batu Uban is within the vicinities of matured towns namely Sungai Dua, Sungai Nibong, and Bayan Baru. Queensbay Mall and the Bayan Bay commercial there are also just 10 minutes’ drive away while other conveniences nearby include a Giant, Tesco an Tesco Extra hypermarkets. Schools are also aplenty in these towns, such as SK Sungai Gelugor, SMJK (C) Phor Tay, Kwang Hwa Primary School, SRJK (C) Keong Hoe, and Shih Chung Primary School (branch).

Located strategically, Taman Pantai Indah is accessible to Jalan Sultan Azlan Shah and the Tun Dr. Lim Chong Eu Expressway. A few minutes away is the first Penang bridge while the Bayan Lepas industrial zone is approximately 10 minutes away. About 20 minutes up north of these 2 routes will be Georgetown. But traffic in the surrounding areas is notorious for being congested during peak hours, as such, the accessibility of the neighbourhood may be both a positive and negative point.
