Bandar Puteri Jaya is a beautiful new township in the town of Sungai Petani. It is a product of the leading developer OSK Property, and is a flagship development of the developer in the town of Sungai Petani. The township sits on a total of 2,581 acres of prime freehold land.
The development of Bandar Puteri Jaya has been ongoing for the past 16 years as of 2020, encompassing developments of residential properties that are strategically located to various amenities.
