The Ivory Signature Suite is another one of the new developments that is being squeezed into the already congested neighbourhood of SS2 in Petaling Jaya. It is to be a serviced apartment catering to the upmarket, sitting on 1.15 acres of freehold commercial land and offering duplex units with easy access to a myriad of facilities and amenities.

The Ivory Signature Suite is to be located next to the already shutdown SSTwo Mall on Jalan 19/16. It is a quiet corner of the neighbourhood, and will offer only a limited number of homes. The Ivory Signature Suite will consist of only a sole tower of 25 storeys, with a total of 281 units. Although it may sound like a low density development, there will be a total of 22 units to a floor with six lifts to serve the residents. The homes at The Ivory Signature Suite range between 830 sf and 3,277 sf. It is said that all the units will come with only one complementary parking lot.

The Ivory Signature Suite will come with a myriad of lifestyle facilities inclusive of a 40-metre infinity pool, wading pool, barbecue deck and a fully equipped gymnasium. There will also be meeting rooms and conference rooms available, with a sky garden and viewing deck. The estimated cost of these facilities inclusive of sinking funds is RM0.30 psf.

The homes at The Ivory Signature Suite will all come partially furnished. The bedrooms and living room will be equipped with air-conditioners, and the bathrooms with water heaters. The kitchens will be fully furnished with built-in kitchen cabinets and a built-in hood and hob system. There will also be a complementary built-in oven as well as a refrigerator.

The Ivory Signature Suite has caught the attention of many buyers, especially the locals, for its easy accessibility to everything. The New Klang Valley Expressway (NKVE) and SPRINT Highway which is a combination of the Kerinchi Link, Damansara Link and Penchala Link is 10 minutes away. Getting to the Damansara-Puchong Highway (LDP) and Federal Highway is an approximate 15-minute drive away in clear traffic.

Although the SS2 neighbourhood is especially congested during peak hours, The Ivory Signature Suite is situated in a cul-de-sac that sees little traffic. Trying to get out or go home during peak hours will however be a problem as the access roads to The Ivory Signature Suite are always packed back-to-back at these hours.

The company has ventured into building material manufacturing primarily to provide synergy with its existing business. Its wholly owned subsidiary, Evergreen Sdn. Occasionally, when the return on investment is good for a project, we would invest in the manufacturing of all related building materials.
