Damai Residence is another prestigious development from the renowned luxury property developer of Tan & Tan Developments Berhad. It sits on the borders of the Kuala Lumpur city centre enjoying a slightly quieter environment, and is yet within proximity to the crux of the city. The main selling point of this development is its prime location and the developer’s reputation, as there will be no facilities offered at Damai Residence except for some exercise facilities due to the lack of space. The homes start from Level 4 of the building, while the below floors cater to the parking lots.
