D'Idaman Residence is a new and upcoming residential high rise located in the heart of Bandar Tasik Selatan. It is conveniently located close to the city, with the convenience of access to both public transportation and major access roads. It is to be an affordable development of serviced residences that will appeal to the middle income bracket, especially those who is from that area of residence.

D'Idaman Residence will be a project of moderately high density. There will be a total of two blocks, which each block standing at 32 storeys high. These towers will house a total of 790 units. The only downside may be its leasehold tenure and commercial land status. The facilities that are being provided at D'Idaman Residence may not be as widely varied as can be found at higher end high rises, but they are nevertheless adequate. There will be usual swimming pool, wading pool, Jacuzzi, gymnasium and barbecue area, while children will enjoy the playground and game room. Of some of D'Idaman Residence’s more unique facilities is its karaoke room and theatre. Every unit will also come with a minimum of one parking lot.

With mixed developments being all the rage, D'Idaman Residence will be built atop a 2-storey commercial complex that will host a variety of goods and services. Residents of D'Idaman Residence will be able to enjoy a lifestyle of convenience shopping just below their homes. In lieu of other amenities, D'Idaman Residence is conveniently located close to public schools, and clinics.

Accessibility to highways from D'Idaman Residence is convenient. Situated within minutes of the development is the Middle Ring Road 2 (MRR2), Sungai Besi Expressway, Shah Alam Expressway (KESAS) and Kuala Lumpur-Seremban Highway. With the convenience of access to these highways, getting to the various major suburbs of Klang Valley such as Subang and Petaling Jaya will take under half an hour.
