The Havre is an urban high-rise residential development in the increasingly busy Bukit Jalil. It is built on a 3.58-acre leasehold land parcel that can easily connect to the Bukit Jalil Highway (Puchong-Sungai Besi Highway), Shah Alam Expressway (KESAS), Damansara-Puchong Highway (LDP), Maju Expressway (MEX) and the Middle Ring Road 2 (MRR2).

There are 15 to 16 residential units on each floor, with a total of over 1,000 units in the entire two-block property and six lifts serving each block. The units have pragmatic layouts, with an open-plan living, dining and kitchen. There is no big difference between the smallest units (1,023 sf) and the larger units (1,239 sf).

For the smaller option, Type A, the master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom; two bedrooms share an attached bathroom, while the living areas share a powder room. Type B, on the other hand, has three bedrooms and three bathrooms, a larger kitchen and a store room. These details ensure that the home can support the needs of larger families.

While Bukit Jalil is known to be congested especially at peak hours (a characteristic found in many other urban neighbourhoods), one plus point about The Havre is its landscape design based on the Hanging Gardens of Babylon, as such, greenery can be found in abundance throughout the property, from the entrance to the parking area.

Yet another of its main attractions is its facilities. Up until the time of launch, at least, it boasts the highest link bridge gymnasium in Malaysia. The gym is just one of 36 facilities offered, spread over two floors and occupying more than 1.9 acres of space.

On the 6th floor, you’ll find the organic-shaped main pool and kid’s pool, as well as the jogging track designed around them, a hammock grove, fountain, barbecue pit and reading pavilion. You can then ascend to the highest floor of the condominium to find pilates and yoga decks, a sand pit, games room, multipurpose hall, mini futsal court, playground and a function room with full-height glass walls.

Other amenities in the surrounding of The Havre include shopping malls like Paradigm Garden City in OUG, Giant Hypermarket and Pavilion 2 in Bukit Jalil itself; plus international schools and universities, Chinese schools and the Bukit Jalil Recreation Park.
