Bestari Apartment is a development of affordable homes under the Selangorku project, located in Desa Bestari, Sepang. The single complex is 5-storeys in height, housing just 65 apartment units within. The property is expected to be completed by the end of 2019.

Units at Bestari Apartment come in standard built-ups of 800 sf, with a common layout of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms throughout. The homes are designed with minimalist functionality, suitable for individuals, married couples, and small families. Every home also comes with 2 allocated parking space.
