Of the many original condominiums in Bukit Jalil is Green Avenue, one of the firsts in the area. Named so for the lush landscaping provided to the building, Green Avenue nevertheless cannot compete with many of the newer developments in the area which tout lush greenery to be their forte.

While being one of the older developments, Green Avenue is very well maintained and is still one of the more affordable abodes in the upcoming district of Bukit Jalil.
