TR Residence is a serviced apartment developed by MKH Berhad. This development consists of a 35-storey high tower, that will have 642 apartment units, as well as retail units at the lower floors.

The residences will consist of 8 different layouts, with built-ups ranging from 636 sf to 1,690 sf. Most of the layouts have the standard size of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, while other layouts include 2-bedroom and studio units. The serviced apartment also has duplex units, namely Type C. The duplex unit will have a built-up of 850 sf, and has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The largest unit in the development is the penthouse unit, standing at 1,690 sf, it will consists of 5 bedrooms, 1 utility room, 4 bathrooms, and 1 powder room. Units are going at a price ranging from RM493,000 to RM1,231,000.

There are also a set of facilities in TR Residence which can be enjoyed by the tenants. The facilities floor, which will include an infinity pool, overlooks the Kuala Lumpur skyline. Other than that, a landscaped garden and an open amphitheatre are also provided, for residents to just relax out in the fresh air. For the fitness enthusiasts, there will be a gym that will be of convenience in a hectic and expensive city of KL. Also included is a jogging track, and a climbing wall for some variety and extra entertainment. Children will also enjoy living here, as there is a play pool as well as a playground provided. A multi-purpose hall and a barbecue area will also be included in the facilities list, for social gatherings to take place.

Of all its advantages, the crowning glory for TR Residence is its location. Other than the 12 retail units that are part of the tower, tenants have access to plenty of other amenities, some even within walking distance. There is a commercial lot located just outside of the serviced apartment, which includes offices, convenience stores, hotels, and restaurants. There are 3 hospitals within driving distance, namely Damai Service Hospital, Hospital Kuala Lumpur, and Hospital Sentosa. The residence is also close to the heart of the city, and the entertainment district of Bukit Bintang. Shopping malls that can be reached via public transportation include Pavilion, Lot 10 and Fahrenheit 88.

TR Residence will have easy access from the Jalan Tun Razak Federal Route, though traffic can be an absolute pain in this area. However, the problem is instantly rectified with the presence of the Titiwangsa Monorail and Light Rail Transit station, as well as a Titiwangsa Mass Rapid Transit station in the works, located just a stone’s throw away.
