Mutiara Sentul is a housing development located along the stretch of Jalan Sentul in the heart of Sentul with Menara Sentul and Sentul Utara Apartments as its neighbours. Mutiara Sentul has been in existence for many years now and the conditions of its units for sale vary, whereby some units are sold unfurnished while other units are sold partially furnished.

The condition of Mutiara Sentul, however, leaves much to be desired. The pink walls of the exterior has faded, causing the property to look more like a low-cost apartment instead. Accessibility is also an issue as even though they are located close to the direct entry points of the DUKE highway, residents will have to head towards Jalan Duta before being able to get onto the highway.
