You can get a nice double storey terrace house for RM1,500 in Taman Nusa Rhu in Subang. Nice high end condo.. ? You'll probably need about RM10k for that. No I'm not kidding.

@wanisha29 I recently bought a unit in Shang Villa, and after talking to the owner, he said that you could easily rent a unit there for around RM2,000, which is what you asked for. You get 2+1 rooms and 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, a dining area and a living room. That's pretty decent, if you ask me.

@wanisha29 High end condo, you say? Define high end. Are you referring to the high end ones in hot spots like Bangsar South and Mont Kiara? Because you most certainly can't get rent for RM2,000 there.
