Royal Garden is a residential area developed by LBS Bina Group Bhd that is situated in Bandar Saujana Putra, Jenjarom. Neighbouring to key districts such as USJ, Putrajaya, Cyberjaya, Shah Alam and Puchong, this township is said to be a model of community living, with affordable yet quality homes. As of mid 2017, it has about 30,000 population. It is located strategically close to the major cities of Petaling Jaya and Kuala Lumpur, which can be accessed via the North–South Expressway Central Link (ELITE), South Klang Valley Expressway (SKVE) and Damansara-Puchong Highway (LDP). Built on a leasehold land, Royal Garden offers home buyers with 2-storey semi-detached homes. It has a spacious layout (built-up size starts from 2,449 sf), with 4+1 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, a living area and garden terrace on the first floor. This is ideal if you have a big family. The launch price for the unit started around RM689,900 and it can be seen that the value has gone up since its completion. The area is also very peaceful due to its secludedness, yet still connected to the city. Security wise, residents here can be at peace because the place is gated and guarded; and has 24 hours security patrol.
