Desaminium Rimba is an apartment located along Persiaran Rimba 1 in Bandar Putra Permai within the same vicinity as Desaminium Flora, whereby the two apartments share facilities. There have however been numerous complaints and bad reviews by the residents of Desaminium Rimba about the state of the apartment and the management. According to these complaints, the developer is irresponsible and there were still many units left unsold even after 4 to 5 years. Residents have also complained that while the clubhouse and driving range were not operating well yet, they were still made to pay a fixed maintenance fee. Those who have already purchased units here have warned others not to purchase any home here or they would later regret it.
