Basically, the location wise is good. Currently no high rise development here. Easy access with semenyih town or from setia eco hill, but strongly suggest take setia eco hill side because of semenyih town traffic.
Mostly stayed by chinese family, convenient with... 更多
amenities nearby like 99 mart, TESCO, KFC, Pizza hut, Mcdonalds and some other eateries and shop. Commercial at setia eco hill side is still new but there's night market there. 3-5 minutes to semenyih town for more foods!
Low dense, not crowded, quiet and peaceful place. Strong wind as broga hill nearby and no block view, save quite some for electricity bill ! For KLCC view unit, you may view KL city view if the weather is clear!
Wish they could have more securities as they are only at checkpoint. After 5pm, each lobby should allocate one security guard. Even it is quite safe where your access card only can access your unit floor.
