Aspira is a quiet housing development located in the township of Bandar Bukit Raja in Klang. It is a small neighbourhood of houses developed by Sime Darby Property, and is surrounded by similar residential neighbourhoods by the same developer. Within the area are also many other F&B choices of outlets including fast-food joints like McDonald’s, KFC, Pizza Hut, Burger King, and even Old Town White Coffee.
There are also a couple of hypermarkets in the vicinity, such as the Giant Hypermarket and Tesco hypermarket. As for the most popular shopping mall in Shah Alam, the Setia City Mall is less than 10 minutes away from Aspira.
Aspira is well located not just in terms of proximity to amenities but also to highways. From the neighbourhood of Aspira in Klang, access to the New Klang Valley Expressway (NKVE) is a short 7 kilometres from home. With this highway, getting to Bandar Sunway will take less than 30 minutes.
Aspira is the perfect home for families whose work lies south of Kuala Lumpur. It provides for a quiet and peaceful environment to bring up a family, within a mature and well-planned township.
