Aspira is a quiet housing development located in the township of Bandar Bukit Raja in Klang. It is a small neighbourhood of houses developed by Sime Darby Property, and is surrounded by similar residential neighbourhoods by the same developer. Planned and designed for families, Aspira features wide roads, spacious houses, and a quiet environment. Aspira comprised entirely of terrace homes totaling 98 units. Designed for large or extended families, the homes at Aspira are spaciously sized between 1,300 sf and 1,500 sf. Every unit comes with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, and a car porch space large enough to fit 2 cars. The homes at Aspira were completed in the year 2008. Aspira is a gated and guarded neighbourhood with a dedicated entrance and exit point. The security fee is RM70 per household per month as of April 2021. Promising the residents safety within their homes and neighbourhood, Aspira features a resident-exclusive playground and a jogging track around the neighbourhood. Despite enjoying a quiet living environment, the residents of Aspira nevertheless enjoy proximity to numerous amenities. Within a short 3-minute drive of Aspira is a commercial area, where there are mini-marts, F&B outlets, laundromats, and more. The Setia Alam Business Centre is only about 4 minutes away by car, while less than 10 minutes is the convenience of several banking institutions including Maybank, Hong Leong Bank, CIMB, and Public Bank. Within the area are also many other F&B choices of outlets including fast-food joints like McDonald’s, KFC, Pizza Hut, Burger King, and even Old Town White Coffee. There are also a couple of hypermarkets in the vicinity, such as the Giant Hypermarket and Tesco hypermarket. As for the most popular shopping mall in Shah Alam, the Setia City Mall is less than 10 minutes away from Aspira. Aspira is well located not just in terms of proximity to amenities but also to highways. From the neighbourhood of Aspira in Klang, access to the New Klang Valley Expressway (NKVE) is a short 7 kilometres from home. With this highway, getting to Bandar Sunway will take less than 30 minutes. Aspira is the perfect home for families whose work lies south of Kuala Lumpur.
