Bandar Putra Kulai is a mixed development township that is otherwise known as IOI Bandar Putra. As its name indicates, this township is a product of the leading Malaysian developer IOI Properties Group. Bandar Putra Kulai was launched in 2001 and continues to grow to this day.
Bandar Putra Kulai is home to approximately 8% of the population in Kulai, and comprises residential developments and recreational segments. The entire township sits on freehold land, and as of the year 2016, it was home to a population of about 19,793.
The major selling points of Bandar Putra Kulai include its excellent planning, which intersperses buildings with greenery. The roads are wide and spacious, and living density in the township is low. Parents who wish to send their children to a private school also have the option of sending them to the excellent Oliven Sekolah Seri Temasik which offers both primary and secondary education in international syllabus.
The convenience of living within Bandar Putra Kulai is further completed by its strategic location within proximity to the IOI Mall and AEON in Kulaijaya. And for some major shopping spree, the Johor Premium Outlet is a comfortable 7 kilometres away. The Senai International Airport is nearby at only 8.7 kilometres away from the township, and the Johor Bahru city centre at approximately 29 kilometres. As for the Woodlands and Tuas Checkpoints to Singapore, they are only 34 kilometres away.
