These 2 major roadways are the most frequently travelled by those working in the Bayan Lepas area. Bayan Lepas is also about 15 minutes away via the 2 routes.

Traffic gets congested along the Tun Dr. Lim Chong Eu Expressway, Jalan Sultan Azlan Shah, as well as the smaller roads within the vicinities of Bayan Bay during peak hours and lunch hour on the weekdays, as well as weekends when people flock to Queensbay Mall.
