BM Residence is developed by the Tambun Indah group and is located at Taman Manggis Indah, Bukit Mertajam, on the Penang mainland. This development encompasses two double-storey bungalows, six double-storey semi-detached homes, 31 three-storey terraces and an eleven-storey condominium block with 108 residential units with four types of layouts.

Out of the six double-storey semi-detached units, three have land areas of 2,856 sf and the rest of a range slightly more than that. These semi-ds have 4+1 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and a built-up area of approximately 2,160 sf. Taking a larger part of the ground floor is the living and dining room with windows and sliding glass doors providing view of the garden. Toward the back of the ground floor is a bedroom and a dry kitchen which connects to the wet kitchen, with a bathroom and utility at the furthest back. The staircase on the ground floor leads to the family area on the first floor with 3 bedrooms with attached bathrooms. Four of the 31 terraces are corner lots with variable land areas larger than the standard land area of 1,400 sf for terrace units between. BM Residence terrace units are 3-storeys with 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and have a built-up area of approximately 2,293 sf. In addition to the living, dining, wet and dry kitchen on the ground floor, there is a family room and study room on the first floor. One of the first floor bedrooms has a large balcony, providing cover for the two parking bays below. The top floor has a bedroom with a smaller balcony. Both rooms with balconies are considered master bedrooms.

The 11-storey condominium houses 108 residential units. There are four types of condominium units with built-up areas between 1,334 to 1,539 sf. All apartment units have 3+1 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Designed with Feng Shui in mind, units face only the North or South direction. Residents at BM Residence condominium have access to recreational facilities such as indoor gymnasium, children’s playground, swimming pool and a reflexology path.

BM Residence is a short drive to the Bukit D.O. recreation park and the Bukit Mertajam KTM train station is a 10-minute drive away. There are many shop lots occupied by banks, eateries and places of worship nearby, these are all within a 10 minute drive from the development. It is accessed by two major roads, Jalan Sungai Rambai about 500 metres to the north and Jalan Song Bang Keng about 1.8 km to the south by car. It will take about 20 minutes to drive to the Penang Bridge from BM Residence.
