HH Residence at Tanjung Bungah, Penang is an upcoming luxury condominium developed by Aspen Group. Located along Jalan Chan Siew Teong and Jalan Chee Seng 13, this 46-storey tall building will occupy 4.5 acres of lush green land. There will be two blocks of residential towers above a 4-storey retail podium, HH Galleria where there will be commercial shop-lots.
606 units of condominium residences have been planned for, where 386 units will occupy Block A while 220 units will be housed in Block B. Layouts and built-up sizes of the units have yet to be determined as the development is still in its planning stages. Nevertheless, considering Aspen Group’s past portfolio of luxurious homes as well as the many other properties in the area it has to compete with, HH Residences may be equipped with better than average facilities.
From a bird’s eye-view, amenities surrounding HH Residence will actually be great, with the property situated close to Jalan Tanjung Bungah, where you can find literally all the amenities you need- banks, clinics, restaurants, and cafes, are all within reach. There is also a Tesco located just 3 km to the east and further south-east, you will eventually come to Gurney Drive where shopping malls like Gurney Plaza and Gurney Paragon house even more amenities.
Accessibility is also a highlight for the upcoming HH Residence. It is very accessible through Jalan Chee Seng 13 and linked through Jalan Tanjung Bungah, just a 5 minutes’ walk to the beach. HH Residence will be about 20 to 25 minutes from Georgetown, but for the exclusivity and privacy of being so close to the beach, it should be a tempting property to consider.
HH Residence is primed to be a key player in the property market when it is completed. The overall location nearby the coast, which is also populated by hotels and other major developments, will make HH Residence quite a good buy and a reasonable investment.
