Accessibility is the main factor when considering properties in Mayang Pasir. It is easily reachable through the aforementioned Jalan Tengah, which is conveniently connected to Jalan Tun Dr. Awang and Jalan Sultan Azlan Shah. Being in the centre of Bayan Lepas, naturally the property is just 10 minutes from the Penang International Airport and the Free Trade Zone.
Homes at Mayang Pasir may look a little old in age, but the location itself fully makes up for their one weakness. Those seeking to own a property in the neighbourhood may have to cough up a little more due to the appreciation in value of properties in the area after so many years while those wanting to rent will get to enjoy the accessibility, but may be put off by the overall outlook.
